What do I need a release form for?

Any content which will be viewable by the public, including:

• Stories, quotes (including audio recordings, or written)

• Photography

• Video footage

In some cases, staff can use the YSM media signage when media (photography, video, etc) are being recorded on site. Please see YSM’s Media Policy here.
